Green light turns on, but the Wii doesn't start

Hi there

Whenever I connect my Wii, the switch light will go red and then green when pressed, however, the system won't start up, won't make any single sound, the screen does not even go black, the TV stays with the no signal message.

I will also turn the light green when using a Wii Remote, but again nothing in the system startups and the remote wont pair to the system.

Tried changing Bluetooth module, but didn't work
