My Xbox 360 slim beeps but doesn’t turn on and usb ports arent working

I’ve tried deep cleaning the Xbox and it still didn’t work. The usb ports aren’t bent. The power brick is orange. Now I’m not quite sure on what to do I’ve also reconnected the power ribbon.
