Runs fine when plugged in, will not charge new battery, already reset SMC, no change

ran coconut battery, both batteries said the same thing, current charge -1mAh,
max charge -1mAh, current capacity -1mAh
no liquid spilled
Please give us the last three figures of your serial number so we know your exact machine and the correct parts and guide. Next well look at the battery connector. You'll need a multimeter to test.
last 3 figures are Z63, I will have to get a multi meter
