The power button on my Moto G10 does not function. Pressing it or pressing and holding, does nothing. I have lost connection to my Giffgaff account, and need to power off to reset things. Should I take the phone apart?

The problem appeared to be resolved by removing the protective plastic cover and then pressing the power button. Perhaps the plastic cover was obstructing the full button movement. Anyway, the phone seems to be all okay again!
