So I got the Manta Driver kit as a gift in my shop and was trying to repair a phone for my mom. I was curious if the Manta Drive kit would have the available pentalobe screws to unscrew the bottom of the iPhone XS?

Yes it does have the pentalobe you need. It has the p2, p5, p6.
I have the ifixit Essentials kit, which has the p2 and p5 pentalobe, and I used that to open my iphone 6s.
