@ashish50294 That would be a failed proximity sensor. That's a sensor that tells the phone when you're holding the phone against your face so the phone can turn off the screen and usually the digitizer (touch screen). That way the light isn't shining right in your face and your face isn't pushing buttons.
It sounds like yours isn't working correctly; instead it's always telling the phone your face is up against it. So every time you get a call, that's when the proximity sensor is checked. It says you're holding the phone to your face and turns off the screen. When your call ends, it quits paying attention to the proximity sensor and turns the screen back on.
Cracks in the screen and sometimes screen protectors or cases can interfere with the proximity sensor, so once you've checked those things and cleaned the screen, you will probably have to replace the proximity sensor. Fortunately on your phone it comes on a tiny circuit board all by itself, which is relatively easy to replace (at least as far as phone repairs go).
Here a guide showing you step by step how to replace it.

Parts are readily available online; the easiest places to find them would be AliExpress, eBay and Amazon, although there are many other suppliers available as well; choose one that suits your location.
