Why won't my Bolabutty X-GO C27-C turn on?

My Bluetooth speaker will not turn on. It has been flashing green light from the ambience LEDs (not the indicator light) for a few days. It can still charge according to the indicator light turning red when the charging cable is inserted but it won't turn on even if it is fully charged.
