Can the MacBook12 2017 board be incorporated into the 2015 or 2016

I have an Apple MacBook12 2017 and it works fine.

However, due to the many scratches on the unit, I decided to buy a 2015 or 2016 product with a broken logic board and reassemble the logic board to use it.

So my question is.

Can a 2017 logic board be assembled into a 2016 or 2015 MacBook12?
