I replaced the iPhone SE 2020 screen and when I tried turning it on it would not boot, it would only vibrate after being placed on a wireless charging mat. could I get some assistance?

take a look at the connectors
are they bent?
are the flex cables torn?
does the original display work on the phone?

no bent connectors, no torn cables, and the original display does not work anymore...
@wesleychen could the battery possibly have been damaged?

Is it recognized by a computer if you connect it with USB?

Sadly, no i have tried 3uTools and iTunes.
