Asus VivoBook 14" F412DA

Identified By the model number F412DA on the bottom of the laptop. Can have an AMD Ryzen 3 3250u or Ryzen 5 3500u processor.

My pc can turn on but can't charge, showing 0% charging sign.

I didn't use my pc for a month now i am opening it then it's showing 0% battery and charging icon but not charging. If i am unplugging the charger its shutting down again....pc os absolutely fine but battery can't charge itself....

Einstellungen

Well I will suggest you to replace you old battery with new battery it can fix the chagrining issue .
