Double blinking in the screen. So, it can't be fixed?

I have the same problem. Started yesterday. Double blinking in the screen. So, it can't be fixed?

Does anyone know what to do ? Really strange that we all have the same problem. DOES anyone think that it isn't your TV, it's Spectrum ?

Will the constant blinking destroy my TV? I have no clue.
