I have Hori RWA model ps4-052. Device disconnects from ps system randomly.
I suspect vibration causes it to disconnect, since it only disconnects when the rumble motors activate but not always, only occasionally.
Any idea where to start troubleshooting?

Hey! I recently bought one and opened it due to some problems. Firstly check if the cable connects properly to your ps and the wheel. If that doesn't seem to be a problem I would suspect the ports are faulty in which case you would need to open the wheel and replace the port board.
