parrbeta, you might need to check on Homelink.com, but this is the information I got.

1) Reset your Car Homelink system (hold two outside buttons for 20 secs, light will blink)

2) program a button on your car Homelink system by holding the button, while pressing the button for your garage door on your garage door remote within 3 inches of your car Homelink system

3) Train the Garage Door open to recognize your car's Homelink system by pressing learn button on your garage door opener, within 30 sec's press the button that you programed in step 2. Info from here and more can be found on here. I did think that the antenna is actually in the rear view mirror....:-) Hope this helps, good luck.
