Why does my controller randomly turn off or disconnect itself
Whenever I'm playing a game the controller just goes off yet it still has full battery power

So, the controller randomly turns off? This is most of the time caused by the battery. What happens if you keep the cable plugged in, does the controller stays on? I would try a new battery first. It still could be faulty even when it shows you that it is full.
If the controller also dies with the cord in, then it's motherboard related.
