How do I find the IP address for the Moto g stylus (2023)

I've been hacked for 7 yrs , went through over 200 phones , this device was bought at a comp. Through Walmart . I just went a year without a phone.. I purchased this one , went to casino , three hours and they almost had complete control . I can't have any cash apps , debit cards , etc . Spent and lost tons of money. I've had someone buy my device setitup so I didn't have any involvement , within a week they were on . Some through ads , but they have my name and more probably , I think anywhere my name comes up they find me . It's changed my life , it's been a frustrating deal . Almost think Google is directly involved , they know but do nothing and have told me there is nothing they can do . I said u can start by replacing 200 phones . They know enough to say after the fact that someone changed my password , among lots of other reasons. Why not ask if it's me then change it . They don't allow me too . I end up looking like I'm the intruder while they have full access to my data . Their is so much more that i

U say don't allow. Anyone , one thing that Google fails to acknowledge is they see everything I do , , no matter what code , or bio of every kind they pass through and even change it to theirs . They can turn off switches right in front of me we fight over my device all the time . They use a Mac computer . Definitely like using the Amazon apps, lots more
