Front speaker and camera not working

Hi, I have a problem with my Xperia Play, I changed LCD and noticed the front camera had very poor quality, basically just black and white. Also, when I made calls I could only hear static. Then I changed the digitizer and front speaker flex, but the problem is the same. Now the phone will just shut off when I try to make a call. I will try to change the main flex cable, but then I am out of ideas. I also flashed it, so it's not software. Any ideas please? Thanks
