Everytime my computer goes Scree Timeout because of inactivity, once I want to start using it again, the mousepad and keyboard stops working. What I do, I restart my computer, so it can work again.

Check if the Power management setting of "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" has been checked. If so uncheck it and click OK
To get to Device Manager in Win10/11, press the Win key + the x key (both together) and click on the Device manager link in the menu box.
When in Device Manager scroll down to Keyboards → click on > to expand the list → right click on the keyboard entry listed → Properties → Power Management.
Do the same with the Mice and Other pointing devices list.
