How to fix strange vertical scan lines on my Samsung M7 smart monitor

This is my first post on this forum.
Recently, I have experienced an issue on my Samsung M7 smart monitor where strange vertical lines have appeared (See attached images).

I have no idea as to what could have happened to cause this problem.

Firstly, it does not appear to be a problem with any inputs (i.e., HDMI inputs) as the issue seems to be native to the screen itself.
I have tried unplugging all HDMI connections to the monitor, as well as leaving the monitor unplugged for a long period of time before powering it on again.

I have also tried resetting all settings on the device to no avail. The built-in trouble-shooter simply recommends to speak to Samsung about repairs. However, I would much prefer to resolve this issue myself (if possible) before I resort to the Samsung repair route.

If anyone has advice, fixes, or any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
