Hallo zusammen,
nach 2 Jahren ohne Probleme erhält mein S20 FE 5G plötzlich keine SMS mehr.
Eine Samsung-Mitarbeiterin sagt, es sei ein 'Softwarefehler', weil 'sehr viele Apps' auf dem Gerät installiert seien...???
Von den 'vielen' Apps werden nur wenige regelmäßig genutzt, die übrigen sind nicht aktiv.
Hat jemand eine Idee?
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

@uli68723 try to work your phone while in safe mode. If it works in safe mode you know it is your 3rd party apps that are the cause for this. If it still does not work you will have to try a reset since it is most likely an issue with your firmware.
To put a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G into Safe Mode:
Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time
Release when the Power off prompt appears
Touch and hold Power off until the Safe mode prompt appears
Release
Tap Safe mode to confirm

Ein paar habe ich danach deinstalliert - ohne Effekt.

Was passiert denn, wenn Du versuchst eine SMS zu versenden?
Hast Du versucht den Samsung Support mit deinem Feedback weiter zu kontaktieren? Was sagt Samsung?

SMS geht problemlos 'raus, kommt auch an wo sie soll, aber von dort abgesandt kommt nix zurück.
Der Samsungkommentar kam von einer Mitarbeiterin in der Berliner Samsung-Vertretung/-Werkstatt.
Online hab ichs noch nicht versucht, werde ich aber jetzt machen.

Mit Samsung-Chat versucht, verschiedene Versuche ohne Erfolg. Soll auf Werkseinst. zurücksetzen, kann ich aber z. Zt. nicht machen.
