My Lenovo Laptop only turns on when its been expose to cold areas

So I've been experiencing this problem for 2 days now and I already took it to a repair shop and because the shop is cold it turns on without any error. So because it only turns on to cold areas they don't find any problems with it so when I take it home same problem when I press the power button, the power light only lights up for 5-10 second then turns off. It continuously does this until the laptop screen turns on. So like I need to put it in front of a freezer just to turn on then go back to my room to use it. Works perfectly fine without experiencing any error after it turns on. The only problem I see is turning on the laptop.

• The laptop only turns on when its expose to cold air/areas.
• The laptop won't turn on in room temp.
• When the laptop is not expose to cold air/areas the power light will turn on for about 5-10 seconds then turn off and then the light will turn on again after 10 or 15 seconds then off, it does this until the screen turns on.
• When it is expose to cold air/areas it turns on and works perfectly fine without any errors, and can be used in room temperature.
• Already clean the laptop external and internal and also putting in new thermal paste.
• Main problem is when turning on.
