The laptop started working slowly, fps dropped, started making a lot of noise and crashed,please help me how to clean my laptop if I have all the tools and how can I clean the fans correctly

Check any of guides how to take diwn lower carcase, then check a videi in youtube how correctly ckean a cooler, same you can check how ti change termo paste
