The system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating corectly

Here's the maintenance and service guide, taken from this support webpage for your laptop.

Go to p.48 to view the procedure to remove/replace the fan.

This will allow you to check if the fan is operating OK, is clogged with dust and needs to be cleaned or if it is faulty and needs to be replaced.

If it is clogged and needs to be cleaned also check if the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU needs to be refreshed as it may have dried out - see heat sink assembly removal on p.52. Here's the ifixit Wie trage ich Wärmeleitpaste am besten auf guide that may help.

If it is faulty and needs to be replaced, the fan part number is shown at the top of p.48 (it should also be on the fan itself if you wish to verify). Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
