I recently got an S6 that has a swollen battery, after charging it the battery became smaller and went back to being normal. I've never seen a phone do this, how is this possible and is it safe to use???

@ravenprootz no, it's not. It somehow vented the gases that were building up. Do not charge the battery but replace it. It is safer for you and your phone. Samsung Galaxy S6 Akku ersetzen

I literally had the same thing happen to me when I had the same phone. I immediately took it in to my cell phone provider. They said that the battery was flawed and ended up giving me a whole new cell phone. It is not safe to use! Replace the battery or get a new phone as soon as possible. When those things blow, it's like fireworks!!
