My laptop screen is black even if it's power button is working, it also indicates the charging port's light, I tried troubleshooting but the screen doesn't turns on. What should I do

Begin the troubleshooting by connecting your laptop to an external display. It can be anything from a TV to a monitor. You'd need a HDMI cable btw.
