My echo CSG 7410 bogs out & dies as soon as you start cutting?

Why does my echo CSG 7410 cut off saw bog out & die when you start cutting??? I cleaned the air filter & carb. I started up , it starts right up & adjusted the high & low jets. It still bogs out & dies??? What would cause that??
