I can't receive notifications, my home screen buttons appear on my Lock Screen, I can't restart it, my password works but it only open to my wallpaper. I'm able to make it ring by google or smart things, but that's it. Its been like this for 4 days.

try holding in volume down and power button at the same time for restarting
