Replacement Screws for Bottom Shell

I stripped a screw on the lower case, and can't find a replacement. Has anyone found replacement screws?

Four screws beneath the feet on lower case. Torx Plus 5IP with washers. Seen on step 4 of this walkthrough here: Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 (13,8-Zoll) unteres Gehäuse tauschen

Yeah they seem to be really hard to find, even the screwdriver is really hard to find. I did find some bits on tuul.zone I think it's a German website.
