Ordered battery HP LE03XL not working after full charge

Hello!

I installed this iFixit replacement part, initial charge was ~50%, then i charged to 100% and left overnight on charger (more than 2 hours). At morning when i unplugged it from charger laptop simple switched off. Power button not working. Booting only with charger plugged in.

BIOS says No battery. Windows shows like 100% charged, but if i'm unplug charger — immediately turn off the machine.

Tried to unplug battery and wait for more than 2 hours unplugged, then plug it again, but the result the same — not visible.

Does someone know the solution? I also fired support request, but they keep silence...

@aefimov reconnect your old battery and see if that is being found. If not, then you know it is not the battery but the issue is somewhere on the battery connector/motherboard. If the old battery does get seen by your computer, the issue will be the battery. SInce you mentioned that this is an iFixit battery, contact them on support@ifixit.com I am certain they will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve this. ******
