Moisture in both cameras after battery replacement with iFixIt

After replacing the battery I left it turned off (as in completely off) and left it to charge 100% for a few hours as per the calibration procedure and went outside.
When I came home I had missed a video call so I went to go and call him back but immediately cameras both sides are blurry and, upon checking, there is moisture in both cameras. As of this post it's about 20+ ish C-inside, 8C outside but it's never even left my home since replacement so not sure where the moisture started coming from
