@shahbaz30182 first start your phone in safe mode. If the GPS works in that you will know that the issue is caused by a bad 3rd part App. Uninstalling those will fix it. If it doesn't work in safe mode either, you can try a hard reset. Make sure you back everything up. You will lose the files (pictures, SMS, Contacts, music etc) on your phone. This video shows you how to boot in safe mode. on here you can find out how to perform a hard reset.
If a complete reset does not fix it either, it is an issue on your logic board. Possibly a bad IC or a bad circuit. To fix that, you will need to have the schematic as well as the boardview files for that. It'll require some advanced skills in troubleshooting and soldering skills to replace the IC.
