Hi!
Okay, so did it worked before you opened it? It’s possible that some component was damaged and came out the motherboard. Did you double checked the motherboard?? Also please double check all the cables!!
It’s possible that the HDMI port or IC is damaged/broken. But please check the other components and cables out first!
