Can iPhone 15 plus battery be used for my iPhone 14 plus?

"Can you use the battery from an iPhone 15 Plus in an iPhone 14 Plus? Are the size, connectors, and overall design the same for both models, or does Apple make them different for each phone? If they aren't compatible, what problems could happen if you try to swap them?"
