I have a ring doorbell for my garden to look at the wildlife. Last night a fox it it into a pot of water and it sat there for 7 hours. Took it out and took it apart to dry it up (trust me, it works) and it turned on! Just one thing: when the doorbell button is clicked, it doesn’t make the noise and it doesn’t connect to my WiFi.

Hi!
Are you sure that the camera is corrosion free inside? Make sure that all the corrosion is gone. If there is corrosion then remove it with isopropyl alcohol. This should help. Otherwise you need to replace parts…
