try changing the HDMI cable, then try cleaning it, then maybe replacing the part this can also be a multi point failure

To add: if the HDMI cable end is still stuck in the port, you need to take it out with some tweezers very carefully!
When I turn my ps5 on the blue light come on and right back off no display at all
