The passenger side window is stuck in the down position I need to replace the batfery but until I do that how do I get the window back up. 2008 Sebring

Is the power window faulty or was it just in the down position when the battery failed?
If just down, the easiest way is to connect another car battery to your car battery, (like starting a car using jumper leads connected to another car), then turn the ignition to On (not start) and check if the window winds up when the window up switch is operated.
