Screen not working after battery replacement

I've replaced the battery in my SGS 9+. It worked well for about 18 hours, then touch screen stopped working at certain parts.. I restarted the phone and screen was only showing partly at a very low brightness + touch screen not working entirely so I am unable to even get into phone by entering pin (only 1,2,3 on keypad works). Display is not lit uniformly, only parst of screen are lit, and like 10% of normal brightness..

Any advice what can be done to fix this? Have I done something wrong? The only thing I can think of is too much heat or too much isopropanol.. but it worked for 18 hours perfectly fine.

Hi @peterambroz It may be helpful for us to be able to see what you're seeing. Adding a picture to your post can make a huge diagnostic difference.

I've dismantled it again totally and put it together again and it works again. Fortunately I haven't yet used the new glue stickers from the kit.
