Is there any way to repair damage from overvoltage?

I have one of these cameras, and I tried testing it with the DC power plug it has on the side. I was unaware that the power supply I was using was way too high of a voltage for the camera, and now it won't turn on at all. Any way to fix this or is it a total loss? Thanks.

I’ve taken the boards apart from each other and carefully inspected both for any signs of scorching or heat damage. The only two chips on either board that look damaged are these two in the pic. Not sure if that’s repairable, I might have to just get a new camera.
