I want to change my current EU layout keyboard to a US layout. For that you probably have to change the whole palm rest as well, right? Does anyone tried something similar? Where do I buy a new (US layout) palm rest?

@anton12955 looks like you are in luck. This model appears to have a replaceable keyboard. Use the Dell XPS 13 9360 Service Manual an page 82 of that manual shows you how to replace it. Replacement keyboards appears to be readily available at many online stores. It will of course depend on which Country you reside in/order from.
