I recently bought an acer travelmate 4003lci, I left it to charge over night but nothing changed, it only blinks rapidly when I try to power it on only when plugged in, it didn’t come with an HDD, I’m using a 12 volt charger while it needs 19

The charging circuit in the laptop is designed to work with 19V on the input and not 12V
Try using a charger with the appropriate voltage and check.
