My iPhone Doesn't Have the USB Fuse Anymore, any alternative?

So, i have an iPhone 3G, that doesn't have the USB fuse anymore.

so while soldering, (i don't have a SMD) when we used the tool to suck the tin (or the metal used to soldering) the Fuse also came with it, so i had to put Tin where the fuse was. and it charged.

The Problem:

I was trying to unlock my iPhone using SAM, and somehow, SAM, messed up my safe mode, and the only thing that i have now is the connect to iTunes and emergency calls; today i uninstalled it, and now the normal mode is also messed up, and there's nothing i can do :(!!!!! SB settings still works but there's no way i can access to the springboard, and i didn't installed OpenSSH, so, any advice ???? Sent it to Refurbish ? Sell it for Parts ???
