Marco, there are a couple things you can do. First one would be to try this guide for using this this kit. Second, you could try to reflow your IC's by following this guide. Hope this helps, good luck.

It's a pretty simple fix as long as you're careful, patient and relatively organized.

Give it to a local pro! it will save you the cost and headache, it needs to be done properly with 3000$ machine not a hair-dryer or whatnot (trust me, I fix ppl's utube stuff-ups almost everyday, and it's a lot harder after they have messed it up following an internet tutorial!)
Just have a look in classifieds or computer stores for a PROFESSIONAL (not some back-yard-er with a paint-stripper or someone selling you 2$ worth of screws for 30$ and telling you to remove your x-clamps and drill thru ur chassis -good way to perma-warp ur PCB) Ask them first what their qualifications are& what equipment they plan to use, or you may end-up with a temporary fix or worse.
A decent pro should charge between about 100 and 50$ (for a professional reflow - sufficient in about 80% of cases if done correctly, a reball is more permanent, but carries a small risk& an extra cost) and they should offer warranty
