Have you checked if there's power available on the power outlet that the dishwasher is connected to? If the dishwasher is hard wired or access to the power outlet is restricted have you checked that the fuse or circuit breaker applicable to the dishwasher, in the house power power box is OK and not blown or tripped?

If the power is OK check whether the service LED on the main control board in the dishwasher is on, flashing or off.

• If it is off, this indicates that there's no power so it could be a faulty power cord or control board problem.
• If it is flashing, it could be a problem with the UI board (User Interface - control panel) or the door harness cable between the UI board and the control board.
• If it is on, then it could be a UI board problem.

Go to p.13 to see the location of the control board.

Please confirm the full model number of the dishwasher? The reason for asking is there are two models i.e. GPT225SGL0WW & GPT225SGL2WW. The 1st model has 99 parts and the 2nd has 104 parts. Knowing this will help to ensure that if a replacement part is required that the correct replacement part can be linked.
