Arctis Pro - The battery is charged but the station doesn't work
Hello. For my Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless, the battery charges as normal and I can connect the headset to the PC through bluetooth. However, the app doesn't recognize that I have the headset so I can't use that functionality. Also, I need to manually connect the headset to the PC each time I turn it on. I can also not see the battery on the docking station, since the display doesn't work. From the outside, it seems that the docking station is completely broken, but it still charges the battery.
It wouldn't be much of a hassle, if it weren't for the fact that the audio is heavily distorted (and is automatically muted) whenever I start a game. So when I play games I have to use another headset, but the Arctis Pro works fine for watching youtube or series.
The problem appeared after a Windows update (might be unrelated I don't know). The docking station has remained safely put on my desk, so no external force. I've tried different cables and ports for the station, no difference.
Any tips? Or do I have to settle for buying a new headset/buying a cable for the headset?

# Go to "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers"
# Choose your headset
# Services
# Uncheck Handsfree Telephony
# Restart headset and it will no longer sound like your ears are attacked.
