I was updating drivers when the system cracked and I reinstalled new OS. Thereafter, it crashed again, same updating. Now it's not accepting the installation of new OS and it runs on Win 8 or 8.1.
Please help

Just to clarify, are you reinstalling Win8.1 or trying to install Win10?

Are there any error messages when it stops?
I can not tell. I had to give it to some professional to give it a try and it came back still like that. No OS installed
What happens if you perform the following procedure?
Press and hold the volume down button and the power button simultaneously to turn on the tablet and display the Startup menu.
Tap F11 HP Recovery, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

i removed my password from the setting, but the log in password was still demanded for but was not accepting the changed password again. i need to flash the system but couldn't re-install.
