Washer will not fill on a wash cycle. You can hear it trigger for water but nothing. When I ran a rinse/spin only water flowed in like normal. Original issue was IE code. Ordered and replaced and cleaned the inlet valves.

Pure guess - you are asking for hot water for wash and warm or cold for rinse.
Therefore, the hot valve isn't working.
Loose wire or other issue with the install.
