Replaced my screen and now it phantom touches without my input.

Ghost touches happen when electrical noise gets onto the touch input signal lines going to the motherboard. Usually this happens as a result of damage to the digitizer's delicate connections between the glass and the flex cable, but it's also possible for it to be caused by either a poorly connected plug or a defective screen.

First thing to do is open the phone back up and check both ends of the cable connecting the display to the motherboard.

Unplug the cable and check all four connectors - the two on the cable, the one on the motherboard and the one on the display - for any bent or broken pins. Clean all of them with some 90% or higher concentration isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol, then reseat the connectors and retest.

If it works, give it another day to be sure, then reseal the rear cover properly. If there's no change after doing that, you might consider the possibility you've got a defective screen. About the only way to verify that is to try a different screen, so if you still have the original screen and it's still functional enough to test, try plugging it back in and seeing if the problem goes away. If so, you've got your smoking gun, otherwise you might try replacing the display cable.
