Why does my 200 sound like it is whining when it is running?
what causes a whining sound that changes with the rpm's while my car is running?

Check the fluid level in the power steering pump.

I used a stethoscope on all the pulleys and the noise isn't coming from any of them. Also p/s working fine and levels are good.
When stated it's making noises
