Once I charge it will only vibrate and the display of charging and it will turn off. And it will repeat it again in again

Try pressing and holding the Volume Up + Power buttons (both together) until the Realme logo appears on the screen.
This may take at least 10 seconds so be patient.
If nothing happens after 20 seconds, release the buttons and try again. You may have to try this a few times.
If it still doesn't work then there's a problem with the systemboard. Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
If the logo does appear release the buttons and check if the phone continues to turn on.

Not sure what you mean.
Does the battery fully charge and if so then does the phone work for a reasonable amount of time when on the battery only?
These are the things to check when you suspect battery problems.
The problem you had may have been a software glitch not associated with the battery
