Why account disabled see system administrator?

If your Dell Latitude 5420 account is disabled (e.g., a Windows login account), here are the steps to enable it:

1. Log in to Windows using an administrator account (if available).
2. Press Win + R, type lusrmgr.msc, and press Enter.
3. Go to Users in the left pane.
4. Right-click the disabled account and select Properties.
5. Uncheck "Account is disabled" and click OK.
