It is shutting down because the power circuit is detecting a serious high power drain.
Something on the MB is likely shorted. On my Dell, it was a bad CPU.

Thank you, but it charging the battery and doesn't have problem with it, and when I uninstall the RAM capslock key and power button blinking, but the laptop not restarting anymore.
I order a new RAM and check it.
